1.What is this book the beginning of?

The beginning of the gospel of Jesus Christ, the Son of God;

2.Who is this book about?

Jesus son of god and Prophet’s John 

3.Who wrote about the coming of the man in this book?

As it is written the prophet and send a message prepare the way before thee

4.Who was coming before the man in this book? Why?

God is coming for remission of sins

 5.What will the man coming ahead of time be crying out? Where? 

John did baptize in the wilderness, and preach the baptism of repentance for the remission of sins.

The crying in the wilderness for preparing the way of Lord.

6.What did John do when he came?

John was clothed with camel’s hair, and with a girdle of a skin about his loins; and he did eat locusts and wild honey;

7.Who came out to see John? Why?

And there went out unto him all the land of Judaea, and they of Jerusalem, and were all baptized of him in the river of Jordan, confessing their sins.

8.What did John like to wear? Eat?

John was clothed with camel’s hair, and with a girdle of a skin about his loins; and he did eat locusts and wild honey.

9.How did John compare himself to Jesus?

He said There cometh one mightier than I after me, the latchet of whose shoes I am not worthy to stoop down and unloose

Jesus came from Nazareth of Galilee, and was baptized of John in Jordan.

The heavens opened, and the Spirit like a dove descending upon him

He was there in the wilderness forty days, tempted of Satan; and was with the wild beasts; and the angels ministered unto him.

Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God.


14.What did Jesus do when at the Sea of Galilee?

Jesus ask Simone ,Andrew and James to come after him Jesus will make them to become fisher of men.

15.What response did Jesus get from the men he called at the Sea of Galilee?

They are following Jesus. They left their father Zebedee in the ship with the hired servants, and went after him.

16.Where did Jesus go when he went to Capernaum? Why?

Jesus entered into the synagogue and taught on the sabbath day.

17.How did the people respond to Jesus’ teaching? Why?

They were astonished at his doctrine: for he taught them as one that had authority, and not as the scribes.

18.Who did Jesus meet in the synagogue? What did he say?

Jesus met unclear spirit and he said “Let us alone” what have we to do with thee, thou Jesus of Nazareth? art thou come to destroy us? I know thee who thou art, the Holy One of God.

19.What did Jesus do to the unclean spirit?

Jesus rebuked him, saying, Hold thy peace, and come out of him.

20.How did the people in the synagogue react to Jesus?

They were all amazed, insomuch that they questioned among themselves, saying, What thing is this? what new doctrine is this? for with authority commandeth he even the unclean spirits, and they do obey him.

21.Who did Jesus meet in Simon’s house? What did Jesus do?

Simon’s wife’s mother lay sick of a fever. Jesus came and took her by the hand, and lifted her up; and immediately the fever left her, and she ministered unto them.

All the city was gathered together at the door.When the sun did set, they brought unto him all that were diseased, and them that were possessed with devils. He healed many that were sick of divers diseases, and cast out many devils; and suffered not the devils to speak, because they knew him.

23.Why was Simon looking for Jesus? What was Jesus doing?

Because Jesus , he went out, and departed into a solitary place, and there prayed.

24.Where did Jesus want to go with his disciples? Why?

He said he want to go into the next towns, that he may preach.He preached in their synagogues throughout all Galilee, and cast out devils.

25.Who came to meet Jesus? How did he come? What did he ask?

There leper came to him, beseeching him, and kneeling down to him, and saying unto him to make there clean.

26.What did Jesus do for the man? What did Jesus tell the man not to do?

Jesus, moved with compassion, put forth his hand, and touched him, and saith unto him,the leprosy departed from him, and he was cleansed.

Jesus ask them to say nothing to any man: but go thy way, shew thyself to the priest, and offer for thy cleansing those things which Moses commanded, for a testimony unto them.

27.What happened when the man did not listen to Jesus?

Jesus could no more openly enter into the city, but was without in desert places and they came to him from every quarter.

1 What happened when Jesus returned to Capernaum?

When He had come back to Capernaum several days afterward, it was heard that He was at home.

2 What was Jesus doing in the home?

They gathered in such large numbers that there was no room left, not even outside the door, and he preached the word to them. 

3 Who was brought to Jesus? How? Why?

Some men came, bringing to him a paralyzed man, carried by four of them.

4 What did Jesus tell the man? Why?

When Jesus saw their faith, he said to the paralyzed man, “Son, your sins are forgiven.”

5 How did the scribes respond to Jesus? Why?

Some teachers of the law were sitting there, thinking to themselves, “Why does this fellow talk like that? He’s blaspheming! Who can forgive sins but God alone?”

6 How did Jesus react to the scribes?

Jesus knew in his spirit that this was what they were thinking in their hearts, and he said to them, “Why are you thinking these things? 

7 How did Jesus prove he could forgive sins?

He said to the man, “I tell you, get up, take your mat and go home.”He got up, took his mat and walked out in full view of them all. 

8 How did the people respond to Jesus?

Everyone were amazed and they praised God, saying, “We have never seen anything like this!”

9 Who came to Jesus when we was by the sea? What was he doing?

A large crowd came to him, and he began to teach them. 

10 Who did Jesus find by the sea? What was the man doing?

He saw Levi son of Alphaeus sitting at the tax collector’s booth. 

11 What did Jesus ask the man to do? What did the man do?

He said to him, “Follow Me!” And he got up and followed Him.

12 Where did Levi take Jesus? What did they do?

Jesus was having dinner at Levi’s house,many publicans and sinners sat also together with Jesus and his disciples: for there were many, and they followed him.

13 What did the scribes and Pharisees think of Jesus having dinner at Levi’s house? When the teachers of the law who were Pharisees saw him eating with the sinners and tax collectors, they asked his disciples: “Why does he eat with tax collectors and sinners?”

14 How did Jesus respond to his enemies?

Jesus said to them, “It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners.”

15 What did Jesus’ enemies ask him about fasting?

Jesus answered, “How can the guests of the bridegroom fast while he is with them? They cannot, so long as they have him with them.  But the time will come when the bridegroom will be taken from them, and on that day they will fast.

16 What parables did Jesus tell his enemies?

“No one sews a patch of unshrunk cloth on an old garment. Otherwise, the new piece will pull away from the old, making the tear worse. And no one pours new wine into old wineskins. Otherwise, the wine will burst the skins, and both the wine and the wineskins will be ruined. No, they pour new wine into new wineskins.”

17 What was Jesus doing on the Sabbath? Where?

Jesus was going through the grainfields, and as his disciples walked along, they began to pick some heads of grain.

18 What did the Pharisees accuse Jesus of doing?

The Pharisees said to him, “Look, why are they doing what is unlawful on the Sabbath?”

19 Who did Jesus tell his enemies to remember? Why?

David and his companions were hungry and in need.In the days of Abiathar the high priest,he entered the house of God and ate the consecrated bread, which is lawful only for priests to eat. And he also gave some to his companions.”

20 What is more important – people of rules?

“The Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath.

1.Who did Jesus meet in the synagogue?

He met the crippled and  leper among Herodians.  

2.Who else was in the synagogue? What were they wanting to do?

Jesus took place in the synagogue. The Gospels record that “Jesus went throughout Galilee, teaching in their synagogues.” Yet the Christian reader rarely ponders the significance of such an apparently common structure so central in Jesus’ ministry.The synagogue provided a ready platform for the teaching of Jesus and later the apostle Paul.

3.What did Jesus tell the man with the crippled hand to do? In front of whom?

He told a cripple many “Stand up among us”in front of Herodians who want to kill Jesus. 

4.What was Jesus feeling when he healed the man? Why?

Jesus get angry because people they are not believe in good will they want to make a sin in Sabbath day.

5.What did the Pharisees want to do to Jesus? Who did they want help from?

The Pharisees went out and immediately took counsel with the Herodians against him regard to how they could destroy him.Jesus heals crowds by the Sea.

6.Where did Jesus like to go? Who did he take with him? Who followed him there?

He want to go up to mountain  and he take 12 disciples to go with him .His 12 disciple there are Simon, James Andrew,Philip,Bartholomew,Matthew,Thomas,James son of Alphaeus,Thaddaeus,Simon the zealot,Judas Iscariot  

7.Where did the crowds come from?

Many people come from many area not just only Galilee also came from Judea,Jerusalem,Idumea, and the regions across the Jordan and around Tyre and Sidon. 

8.How did Jesus protect himself from the crowd?

He ask his disciple to prepare small boat and take him to mountain.

9.What did the spirits say about Jesus? What did he say to them?

The unclean spirit,when they saw him, fell down before him and cried saying Jesus is Son of God  

10.Who did Jesus call upon the mountain? Why?

He call 12 disciples because they might be with him and that he might send them out to preach 

11.Who were Jesus’ helpers going to be?

There are Simon, James Andrew,Philip,Bartholomew,Matthew,Thomas,James son of Alphaeus,Thaddaeus,Simon the zealot,Judas Iscariot whose help Jesus preaching and cast out devil  

12.How busy did Jesus become?

He doesn’t have time to having meal.

13.What did Jesus’ family think of his work? 

They thought he was crazy and went to get him under control.

14.What did the scribes think of Jesus’ work?

The scribes who came down from Jerusalem said “he has Beelzebul and by the ruler of the demons he casts out demons.

15.What parable did Jesus tell the people?

“How can Satan cast out Satan”

16.What is the eternal sin?

It is unforgivable sin or unpardonable sins are sins which will not be forgiven by God.

17.Who came asking for Jesus?

Jesus ‘s mother and brother

18.Who are Jesus’ family?

Whoever does the will of God is my brother and sister and mother.

19.Was Jesus going crazy?
