I rather wake up in the morning more than wake up at late of the day. When I was study in University, I get use to sleep and wake up any time I want depend on how I feel of my day. I could sleep until late afternoon. I’m thinking to start my day any time because sometime if I wake up early I feel myself without energy and I still sleepy all the time.

After I graduate. I looking for a job. My job force me to wake up early to get on time on my job. At the beginning I was lazy and I didn’t get use to but I have to do this anyway if I want my salary.

I start to get up early after I graduate. It was sufferring. I wake up early 6 days a week. I don’t know what should I drink or eat to give me an energy during the day. My friends have the same problem as well. She recomemd me to eat something sour. I shown me the dry tamarind mix with salt and pepper. It is taste good too but I couldn’t eat to much because the tamarind taste sweet and sour, it could give aperient effect. I start drinking coffee as my friend recommend as well. At first I don’t coffee at all because it taste bitter and sour. Some day I drink it and I get too fast on my heart rate. Caffeine in coffee is strong than my body could absorb. But later, I found out mix coffee with chocolate milk, the mix taste is better. I found my way to drink coffee. Coffee keep me awake and it help a lot for me when I wake up early.

I get use to and I become early morning person. On my day off, I also wake up early. I feel something change.If I wake up early, I could do activity during day light.I could do a lot of thing as my list on day off. I could spend the day longer. I feel great to my life.
