          Control your anger, being deal with it easy and sometime too difficult. Do you good when someone cuts you off in line? Do you agree when someone does the bad things in front of you ? Does your blood pressure when someone yell to you ? Anger is a normal on our life, but it’s important to deal with it in a positive way. Anger is a totally normal, common healthy, human emotion. But when you have it out of control and become destroyed of feeling, it can be a problem and even problem at work, problem in your personal relationship and in the overall of your life. Controlling anger before it controls you. There are way you can learn to help and dealing with about anger in the Bible, Jesus way of dealing with anger in a different way then what we think today.

          Don’t let anger control you ; this is so important that you have to think about it. Jesus is the best psychologist and the best moral teacher. He understands how to deal with it. In the Sermon on the mount he goes over his fundamental teaching on anger contempt (all bible verses are from the NIV84).

Jesus is not saying that the emotion of anger is sinful. He is saying that anger is dangerous and to be careful. Try to ask yourself “what am i angry about ?  Why am i angry ? What is an honest and gracious way to deal with this ?.(Matthew 5:23-24).

          Think before you speak; in the intensely of the moment, it’s easy to say something to hurt someone. Take a few moments to collect your thoughts before saying anything. Be the first to say “I’m sorry”. Definitely, this is not fair, but do it anyway because God does it for you. You can “Forgive as the Lord forgave you”(Colossians 3:13). I will admit, many years ago I always did and said anything I felt like.Thank God, I try to control my emotions.

          Get some exercise; if you feel anger heighten, go for a quickly walk or run, or spend some time doing other enjoy physical activities. Exercise can reduce blood pressure and increase feeling of contented. You might not think of exercise as waste your time, but it is a useful when you feel your anger rising. Step away. Try to sit in a comfortable position.

We all have experienced anger at some point in our live. With God’s help, we can learn how to control with your feeling and walk in his peace. Jesus himself said this when he said in Matthew 6:22-23. “The lamp of the body is the eyes. If therefore your eyes is good, your whole body will be full of light. But if your eyes is bad, your whole body will be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in you is darkness, how great is that darkness”.
