Everyone has a time to feel weak, get discouraged. Of course when we come to this situation. How we become a strong person? If you can start seeing every your life throws as a chance to practice being stronger. You’ll being clarity your life that you can put to the test when things really get hard. When I get discouraged there are example that I use for being stronger.

Set my life goals: I always set my life goal and focus on that. Not only big goal but include the small things that you can complete it in short time. It easy to achieve your small goal before you get harder to a big goal.

Be patient for better results: Most people must try to look for alternatives that will help. We should practice tolerance with self-image reminding. For example, to push yourself to jogging even if you feel tired. Do not run away from the inconvenience. Because you practice more you tolerate. You will be more confident that you can do.

I’m going to give up on bad habit: find your bad habits and try to change its. For example, get up early you will have more time to do another thing. Going to exercise that make you healthy.

When you want to become a strong person you have to know what you wanted to do. If you didn’t have any confidence that what you wanted to do God will tell you. You also knew that no matter how hard you worked to make my desires come true.
