Anger is just one emotion in life that happens to everyone in normal. When you stress, hustle, pressure, competition, confrontation etc., all kind of life in world to make many people become impatient and irritated. When emotions are angry. Then we have to know how to deal smartly. Do not let emotions lead us to bad situation. Pay attention to others. To reduce the negative emotions in us. Do not forget the atmosphere we can build. We will happily and enjoy that make my life better. So we need to know how to deal with negative emotions. There are the ways I use how to control my anger. Thank God, all the time he changed me through His word  and helped me begin to manage my emotions. “ Now it’s important to understand that if you let your felling especially anger get into a rage, then you may be at the point of not being able to control yourself” (Ephesians 4:27)

  • Inhale deeply, many times at anger time. We have a lot of thing to say, stop breathing yourself take a deep breath, count 1-10 consider what is happening. And forbid myself not to say anything that could make my feel sorry later.
  • Get out of the situation, if I can’t handle it. I can’t control myself. Take myself out of the stressful situation because leaving will help me relax both physically and mentally. Reduce stress before returning to the problem.
  • Think about it, look back to the cause that made me angry. Think about cause and effect clam. This will help keep clam and slow down my anger and will help to make you more logical.
  • Forgiveness, forgiveness has more power that you can expect. Not only in effect the person you are angry with. It also helps in the mind of those who forgive because when you forgive someone it will make you happy. Anger will harm you even more or through the forgiveness God calls you to pursue. You can rely on god to help you through each step of the forgiveness process. “For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive others their sins. Your father will not forgive your sin.” (Matthew 6:14-15)

Despite your felling. Instead of mental energy on positive and healthy thoughts. Pray for the people you need to forgive.
