When I was in Thailand While I was driving, I have angry many times.For example I was stuck in the traffic too long then I start angry because I feel tired and I want to get home as soon as possible .Sometime people talk about something that I don’t want to hear, and I walk away from them but they still follow me and keep talking about that .Sometime I did not do something wrong but someone blame me and did not let me explain.I feel like my blood boiling too high but I can not do anything and just keep it in my mind.I accept that sometime I feel very angry and like to punch the people who make me angry but I don’t want them to see my dark side.Many people start hate each other from small point and break up the good relationship that they have for a long time because they can not control their anger.

How I control angry?

First of all  when I am starting angry. Before letting myself  be unconscious until I show my bad emotions, try to stay calm and breathe in. Deeply control my breathing and counting 1-10 if I still angry I will counting double.Then I start walk away from the situation alone for a moment because we can not calm down.

If you are still conscious enough during anger think over to the cause that made you angry. Think about the cause and effect calmly. This will help  you calm and slow down your anger, and will help to make you more logical.Another way to control when I angry I will think about what make me feel comfortable.If  I am in a situation where I cannot get away to calm myself. I will think about what makes me so relaxed, like the place I go to. Think about the little details about those places. That will help me cool down in a short time.

Another good way for mental health and good for the body is to exercise. If I feel angry, someone try to release it through exercise. This will help keep me happy and healthy.And you can listen to music that you love will help you feel more relaxed.
